Description: Engineered Vintage LLC Shackle Bracket Tow Hooks These are Custom 81-87 GM truck shackle style tow hooks (will fit up to '91 K5 / Suburban / 4x4 Crewcab) Holes align with stock 81-87 (-'91 square body) frame holes on front frame rails behind front bumper. These are a clean mod for your rig that provide a solid front tow point while not compromising front bumper or frame looks or integrity. Trucks that did not come equipped for factory GM tow hooks may require drilling some holes in frame. Some trucks may require drilling middle hole in bumper brackets. 3/4" thick steel laser cut and attach with three 1/2" diameter bolts - they accept a standard shackle (Shackle pin should be 7/8” diameter) Shackle brackets are sandblasted to remove oil and scale from steel surface for premium adhesion and powder coated in textured black by professional high-end powder coating company. Ad is for a pair of shackle brackets and hardware shackles not included *Note that factory air dam must be trimmed to accommodate these *Note that these are not a direct bolt-on for 2wd C30 trucks - they will require grinding of the factory frame core support bracket and potentially grinding a chamfer on the shackle bracket.
