Description: For Sale: Leather Backpack / Rucksack (Ellington Rucksack Company, Portland Oregon) Handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. I purchased this rucksack from Ellington Rucksack when they still hand-crafted them in Portland, Oregon. I have used it sparingly and not at all for many years, preferring to use my brown one instead. It has been stored in my clothes closet along with my other leather, hiking & cycling treasures (many of which I am now selling). This pack features thick yet supple leather. It has been well cared for and is in excellent condition. I just gave it a good rubdown with Leather Honey and it is clean inside and out. Please examine the photos. They show both the outside features as well as the inside pockets. I don’t know exactly, but the material used for the pocket interior is heavy cotton/canvas (as well as leather). Very durable. Pocket Info: (2) side pockets – buckle closure (leather & cloth lining) (1) top lid pocket – YKK zipper closure (this pocket is leather lined.) (1) front pocket – YKK zipper closure (pocket leather lined) (1) large main compartment with leather strap closure as well as double buckle closures.
