Standard tuning, 1st string, 13th fret is clogged. One of the locks on the hard case is defective, making it a bit tricky to open and close. The hard case has some marks here and there. The strings are loosened by one note from standard tuning, and the guitar is stored upright with the head facing up in a well-ventilated location where the temperature and humidity are stable all year round.
