They are the same SAE size on both the open-ended & box sides. I believe the numbers between 6-18 are not measurements, but simply indicate which wrench in the original set they were. EVERYTHING being sold in this listing is used, shows wear & tear, & is likely at least 30 years old! One of the "3/8 7/16" wrenches has a small crack on the open-ended part (shown in the photos!).
