This item is in good cosmetic condition with minor scuffs and scratches from regular use but nothing that would affect functionality. Notes: This fluid dispenser was plugged in with one of our in-house power cables (not included) and 80 PSI of air was applied to the unit and was outputted as the foot pedal was depressed. We did not have any fluid on hand to test the fluid dispensing part of the unit, but it does not seem clogged and accepted and outputted the air as intended. No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
