Description: After researching .. and getting opinions .. this beautiful skeleton wire hat frame is believed to be from the late 1890’s or early 1900’s ... Just made out of a soft pink chiffon type material it has layers of ruffles underneath the head under the brim the top is covered in a soft polkadot matching material it has small tiny flowers in the front at some point there were either more flowers or possibly a veil for a wedding dress hat also possible that it was a high noon tea hat with probably a matching dress to go with it... It can be worn as it is it is a stunning hat can be used for display and treasured does have some flaws as shown in the pictures it measures 8 inches across for the head in the hat measures 13 inches across... ..
