This book is in really good overall condition for its almost 100 years. The back cover shows some abrasions on the edges. The corners have been slighty bumped. The top and bottom of the spine show normal wear. There is some faint rippling on the heavy paper front endpages toward the spine, but no sign of water or moisture damage whatsoever. There is a separation between pp.18-19, but no mesh exposure. The rest of the page block is great with no writings or signatures.
