Description: this is an original lobby card featuring the comedic short, next door neighbors. starred edgar kennedy, franklin pangborn, pert kelton. pathe. 1931.directed by harry sweet. the card offers a great looking graphic.very framable. there is wear/damage that includes - the lobby card has darkened. missing 2 bottom corners. tear in bottom left corner on ‘frame.’chip in upper rt corner area on margin, chip in upper left corner area on ‘frame.’fleck on the woman’s leg, some flecking on pert kelton’s top, some tiny spots in areas. a few edge tears, some margin creases. having said all this, the lobby card is still very nice looking & nearly impossible to find in any condition. fun early comedy lobby card.
