Description: Eden Roc Hotel Miami Beach, Florida 6-inch Knob/Drawer Pull, MCM Arch Salvage 1955 The Eden Roc Miami Beach is an iconic resort hotel at 4525 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, Florida. When the Eden Roc was renovated and redecorated in 2008, all of the original furniture ended up in several warehouses in Miami and all were up for sale. The hotel has 621 guest rooms, so the original dressers were piled high in these warehouses! I did not want to buy one of the dressers but convinced the salesman to just sell 3 of the drawer pulls to me. These dressers were original and in each guest room since the Eden Roc was completed in 1955. I was impressed with how large they were — a full 6 inches in diameter — and how the “ER” on them looked hand carved. Don’t forget this was before lasers and 3D printing! They are made of wood and painted white with the “ER” and rim raised. An architectural salvage souvenir of days gone by! Used in the Eden Roc Hotel from 1955 to 2008.
