Description: Here is a very nice 17-piece Edelstein mid-century modern Demitasse coffee/tea set. Made in Bavaria, Germany, it is pattern number 19957. Platinum trim on white. It was purchased by my wife’s parents in the early 1960’s when they lived in Europe. To my wife’s knowledge, it has never been used. It was stored on display in a china cabinet for a few years and then packed away for the last 50 or so years. For that reason, the platinum trim is excellent with no signs of wear. No chips, cracks or other marks that I can see on any of the china. See photos for more details as they are part of the description. Included are six cups and saucers (#62), one creamer (#77), one sugar bowl and lid (#43) and one pitcher and lid (#27?). The little sugar spoon is included but I’m not sure it was part of the original set. Sold “as is” but guaranteed to be as described. Please check my feedback. Feel free to e-mail me with questions.
