Otto Zeiller (born April 19, 1913 in Vienna, died April 16, 1988 in Stockerau) was an Austrian painter, draftsman and designer of postage stamps.From 1962 to 1988 he designed over 200 stamps for the Republic of Austria, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Vatican. These include the definitive stamp series Beautiful Austria, Austrian architectural monuments and monasteries as well as the special stamps "200 Years of the Burgtheater" and the "Imperial Jewels" for the Principality of Liechtenstein. His design for the commemorative stamp in honour of Baron Joseph von Hammer-Purgstall was awarded the “Grand Prix de l'Exposition WIPA” - and was thus voted the most beautiful stamp of 1981 worldwide.
