This is a rare company product info set of items from EATON MANUFACTURING - RELIANCE Division of Massillon, Ohio. It is circa 1959, and includes product specs of their series of Snap Rings, Bearing Clips, Lock Rings and Retainer/Clips and Rings, and some screws and lock nuts, etc. The set includes what appears to be the entire "Engineering Folder 55", and other single-sheet pamphlets introducing their products to potential manufacturing customers. And a 11 page catalog of all of their FASTENERS. Clips in one catalog, and fasteners in the other. Also included is a 7 page report on "Assembly Techniques for Retaining Rings. The Engineering Folder is a really cool, textured plastic folder that has all letters and the logo sticking out from the surface of the plastic folder. VERY cool if you're an Eaton fan. The Catalog pages and single-page pamphlets are in EXCELLENT condition, only a few rear pages have staining, but only on rear. Clean and strong and very original. On the "report", which is ordinary printer paper stock, there is water damage and staining that is significant. It does not affect the readability but it is affected by water a long time ago. I took a lot of photos for you to see. It is still strong and everything is holding together great. And everything is perfectly readable. There is a lot of life left in these technical product brochures, and it is a piece of history for electronics & Eaton Manufacturing buffs.
