Eary 1900s Cash Ledger, Starting 1902. Store Ledger w/ Names & Purchases

Description: Antique LedgerLooking through this, I think this is a store ledger. I haven't looked at each and every page, so I'll describe what I did notice. I didn't notice a store name. There are a lot of people's names listed. There are dates. The earliest I noticed was 1902. There are lists of purchases and amounts. The book originally held 400 pages. Some have been removed. I noticed pages from 373 to 396 are missing. There is an index in the front and some blank lined pages following that. The numbered pages start on page 49. Most pages from pages 49 to 220 have writing in them or entries. There are a few pages after 220 with some entries. Most writing is done from 49 to 220. I did see a few entries with later dates. As late as 1917.I do not know where this book is from. It was purchased by us from an auction in Lancaster Pennsylvania.The book itself is worn, the binding is damaged.
