Description: For sale here is a very early, Civil War era, antique, blown in mold, cork top with applied lip, 3 piece mold, long neck shape, smooth base, black glass (dark olive-amber) ale type bottle. Likely dates to the 1860s. Sticker on base says it was found on a diving excursion near Fort Monroe, Virginia. Just over 9 inches tall. No chips or cracks.
