I think it is either a Voter Rally with all the American Flags but also could be a Church Revival meeting since it is in a tent with pews and many of the women are holding books in their hands (?Bibles). Very interesting photo. The mount measures approximately 13 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches. The Image measures 7 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches. Some corner damage on the cardboard mount, doesn't lay perfectly flat, some light aging spots on the photo, SEE PHOTOS Will be carefully packaged.
