Description: A lovely antique EAPG (early American pressed glass) Cake Stand by Campbell, Jones & Co., Pittsburgh, PA ~ Made in the U.S.A. This cake stand appears on the eapgs.net website under this maker as pattern PEARL aka Dewdrop with Star and indicates the pattern was introduced in 1877. This piece is in amazing condition for its age. There are some bubbles in the base glass amongst the Pearl design adding some interest to the piece. There is one very small flea bite on the base, but otherwise this amazing cake stand is free of chips, cracks or breaks and has very minimal surface scratches. It stands about 6 inches tall and has a 9-1/2 inch diameter plate.
