Dynakit Dynaco PAS-2 Vintage 12AX7 Tube Preamplifier Preamp (please read)

Description: This Dynakit PAS-2 preamplifier is in fair-to-good cosmetic condition for it's age. There are a few scratches on both the cover and front panel, but nothing more than what you'd expect to see on a piece of equipment this old. Inside, it looks to be original and unmodified. For what it's worth, I don't think those 12AX7 are genuine Telefunkens. The preamp is working, but the right channel is really scratchy. This could be something as simple as a bad tube, or something more complicated like a bad cap or other component. Given it's age and uncertainty of the problem, the preamp is being sold as-is for restoration. Please don't buy the preamp unless you're willing to have it "gone through" by a qualified tech.
