Duro Olowu Floral Flutter Sleeve Smocked Elastic Waist Ruffled Dress, S, NWT

Description: Duro Olowu is a Nigerian-born London-based fashion designer. This dress is part of his collaboration with JCPenney in 2012. In my opinion, the style of this dress is classic and timeless. This dress is fully lined - lining is bright blue. The dress has double layer of flutter sleeves and two long ties with attached bright blue tassels. The colors on the dress are bright orange and green. (Please zoom in on the photos if you are not sure of the colors.) The bottom part and the hem of the dress has ruffles. Size Small, true to size, no vanity sizing. Please see photos for measurements. If you wear the dress with the smocked elastic waist up, the dress will be shorter on you. (I’ve tried it on and it is just slightly above my knee at 5’ 4” tall.) According to tag, Machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle, (preferably in a laundry bag), remove promptly. Hang dry. (Or handwash it and drip dry it. One good thing about polyester fabric, it dries quickly.) Comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home. I purchased this dress on eBay for my niece whom I haven’t seen for a couple of years. She can’t fit a size Small anymore. Hence, I have to sell it.
