The cost of Shipping and Handling is not hidden in increased costs of the items for sale. You pay only for the actual weight of the entire package plus $1.25 for handling, there are no additional handling fees for extra items. The eBay Buyer Protection Plan requires the seller to provide a complete refund of any items lost or damaged in the mail, therefore insurance is added to each item over $10 to cover these losses. Excess postage over $1 is noted and refunded when Feedback is posted. Texas residents pay 8.25% sales tax. INTERNATIONAL SALES: Again, due to the Buyer Protection Program, International sales are mailed USPS Priority Mail so that they can be insured. Customers purchasing items totaling $20 or less may send me a statement releasing me from loss or damage in the mail and their purchase can be mailed USPS First Class.
