Description: cosmicabyss Store This is a Birthday card that has a costumed Mickey Mouse with Horn and was used at Disneyland as a giveaway to kids who had their birthday there at the park. It measures 11 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide. It opens at the top and is made to stand on a table with a bottom tab that folds and slides into a slot on the back. It was made by a company called Buzza Cardozo from Anaheim California. Most of the ones that I have up have the word Research stamped on the back. I believe they were tried for a very short time and then discontinued. I believe they come from about 1969. The picture is raised and there is also a punch hole on the top in case you wanted to hang it. The back center states Walt Disney Productions Special Event with a picture of Mickey.
