Don't miss out on this unique and charming piece of Disney history! The Sleeping Beauty Castle wall plaque is approximately 10 1/2 wide x 11" tall. It comes in its original box and packaging. The back has a sawtooth metal picture hanger attached for easy hanging. I'm not sure if I got this very cool piece from the Disney Catalog or Disney Auctions. I couldn't find anything about it through a Google or eBay search so I'm not sure if there are many out there. It has been hanging in my office since I got it, because it's a very fanciful piece and when you look at it, it spurs your imagination. I called it "my happy place" in the office. (Weird, I know) The back of the plaque says it is a part of the Disneyland Architectural Collection, which sounds really cool, but again I couldn't find any info about it. So I don't know if this was the only piece ever made for the collection or not. It's definitely rare. The building as a whole appears much taller because of its forced perspective architecture. The large stones and battlements become smaller as they approach the turrets above. The archway of Sleeping Beauty Castle is carved with the Disney Coat of Arms.
