The book is pre-owned and has been used. The book has resided in a smoke-free/pet-free office environment. The hardcover is in tact and has markings from normal usage. The binder crease on the front and back hardcover is frayed from opening/closing the book. There is a small nick on the spine of the book, as well as on the head and tail of the spin. The pages are intact as well, and due to the books age are slightly discolored. I have attempted to show the aforementioned issues in the pictures.
