Description: Devtronix Three-manual Paramount Theater Organ Console - 1920s Wurlitzer Replica This is an electronic organ built for home use by Mike Stanfield, not a genuine Wurlitzer pipe organ, but the craftsmanship is excellent. I am not an expert, but I had someone knowledgeable provide an assessment a few years ago, and his opinion is that the organ would benefit from adjusting the keys and stops, and while the Devtronix sound engine functions, reconfiguration to MIDI via ZTPO system would be ideal. Although this console works, it is most suitable for someone interested in a project who will give it the attention it deserves. It has not seen the light of day in years, and should be restored, played and preserved. It belonged to my late father who was a theater organ enthusiast. Since his passing in 2012, it has been kept in a 10'x10' climate controlled storage facility along with speakers, percussion from a pipe organ (glockenspiel, toy counter parts, other items that need rehab), other collectible items such as belt-driven cast iron fans (suitable for a commercial establishment), and a retractable projector screen (or two), heavy duty shelving, and probably some other stuff I haven't laid eyes on in years. This sale is for the organ, but the buyer is responsible for taking all items in the storage unit, arranging and paying for their own transportation. I live out of state and will travel to meet the buyer on site in the Phoenix metro area. I need to empty the storage unit to have one less monthly bill, and I don't have the time or resources to sell these items individually, but you may sell them to offset your costs. I will check messages and respond once per day. Thank you for your interest.
