The bottle is a heavy premium glass both cut and engraved with ground and polished facets around the base. Nickel fittings show some wear. Siphon tube is present. The collar is marked "DeVilbiss" Original silk hand-crocheted netting around hardened rubber ball. There is one area of torn netting as shown. Polished bottom. Height 4 1/2 inches. Overall good condition for its age.
