There is no actual publishing date, but automobile models suggests the 1950's or possibly the early 1960's. Unfolds to eight panels (four on each side). On one side are the front and back cover, which has a small map of routes leading to the hotel, and two panels with information on some of the points of interest near the hotel. On the other side are four panels with colorful drawings of the hotel's interior, which accompany informative text on some of the hotel services and amenities. The brochure is in good + (plus) condition. Modest wear to the covers with some very light creasing around the edges. Interior panels are free of marks and creases. Original.
