Description: Hi, this is a USED Dept 56 Lighted Ceramic Village House from The Original Snow Village Series. It is Another Man's Treasure Garage Sale. It comes in the original box. Box is in good condition overall but the cardboard sleeve shows some wear.The house is in good condition and I believe that all of the little garage sale items are included and are in good condition. It has a sort of semi gloss finish. The date on the bottom of this is 1998. The light cord and light are included with this. The light bulb works at the time of listing but such as is the nature of light bulbs the jarring around from shipping could make the bulb burn out..The house measures about 6 inches high, about 6 inches from side to side, and about 5 inches from front to back. This piece has a hanging "light" at the entrance to the garage space but this DOES NOT ACTUALLY LIGHT. The light bulb to light this piece goes into it in the back. There are a lot of little garage sales items included and you can arrange and display them with this piece however you like.
