Description: 8" by 12" color print Delta Airlines Convair 340 N4809C with Delta C+S titles in 1955. This Convair was delivered new to Delta in 1953 as a CV340. It was later converted to CV440 specs and flew for Delta until 1969. It passed through several owners until it was written off in July 1978 when it crashed near South Caicos while being operated by Charlie Inc. This photo was scanned and restored from a large format Ektachrome color slide.****All prints are professionally scanned from slides unless noted otherwise, and printed on high quality FUJIFILM Lustre Finish Photo Paper. Imperfections, dirt, and dust from original image have been removed where possible, and color and fade correction made as needed. EBay image is a low resolution scan. Actual prints are sharper and have better color than eBay scans. Most prints are borderless, however due to cropping and format variations some may have a small white border.********If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your print(s), please let me know immediately and return print(s) to me within 14 days in original condition.
