Specifications: -Brand and Model Number: Dell Latitude 5431 Laptop-Processor: 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1270P @ 2.20GHz, 12 cores, 16 logical processors-RAM: 16GB -Data Storage: A very large 2TB NVMe SSD (if a photo of the device manager is included in this ad, then the model number of the disk drive can be seen in the photos of this ad under the device manager)-Graphics: Intel Iris Xe Graphics-Resolution: 1920 X 1080-Screen Size: 14 inches -Backlit Keyboard: Yes-WiFi capable: Yes -Bluetooth: Yes -Webcam: Yes (capable of facial recognition through Windows Hello which is very neat)-Ports: USB-C, microSD, headphone jack, USB 3.0, HDMI, Ethernet, lock port, etc.-Extra Features: Fingerprint reader, facial recognition-Operating System: Windows 11 Pro-Battery Information: Battery is included and is in "Excellent" health according to the BIOS and appears to have almost never been used (as seen in photos). Battery held a charge great during our testing but please be aware that we are unable to guarantee a specific battery life on any of our devices since every user's definition of good battery life is different. In addition, battery life is dependent on what processes an owner runs on the unit so it will vary from one user to the next. Having said that, the battery had no issues powering the unit while we tested the other features on this machine.-Charger Information: A 130W aftermarket charger is included since the original one was misplaced.-Please Note: Even though this laptop is in great condition, please be aware it is still a used laptop and will have minor cosmetic signs of use. We point out most of the cosmetic imperfections in the photos of the ad. We personally think this laptop looks great for a used laptop, but please judge for yourself based on the photos in the ad.-Comes with the laptop and charger only-50 point test has been done on this machine to ensure it is working as advertised. -All software has been reset to new condition so it will be fully ready for a new owner-Please excuse the distortion/blurriness of our photos when we take close up photos of the screen. Shipping and Delivery: We can only ship domestically within the United States but are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We always package all items very carefully and we drop off packages to the shipping carrier within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment. However, actual delivery times will vary depending on how busy the shipping carrier is and/or how far the shipment has to travel. Because of this, some packages may reach their destination within 2 to 3 days, while others may reach after a week. Most packages get delivered within a week though. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us prior to the purchase and we can expedite shipping for an added cost.Return Policy: We have a 30 day return policy but are unable to pay for return shipping unless your item arrives with an issue that was not indicated in our ad. After the return window has closed we are unable to offer refunds. Please make sure you are sending the exact same unit/item with the same serial numbers, in the same condition it was received in, with the same shipping box/package and packaging materials, the same included accessories, and with the same internal parts to the device. If any of the above conditions are not met for a proper return, we reserve the right to refuse the return or withhold funds for the return as per eBay policy.Forwarded Shipments: Please note that if an eBay item is delivered to the address a buyer uses at the time of their purchase but is later forwarded to a different address, whether it is via a freight forwarding service or other means, eBay does void the purchase protection of the buyer since forwarding shipments is against eBay's purchase protection policy.
