Some of the small connecting links are copper.This piece dates from circa the early 1900s to the 1930s or so. It is definitely a pre World War II necklace.There are other beads that are orange in color. They could be amber, but they are most likely not. We have not tested them and are selling the necklace "as is".The chain is made of large-guage links.The clasp is working without a problem.Ready for you to delight in wearing!
