We found this sealed inside a plastic bag on its original card, so it's like new old stock, but the clip on the back is off center. It appears to have been made that way. The metal has changed color slightly. The card says Emblems Inc., Indianapolis, and the age of this is indefinite.The clip measures about 1 1/4 inches long and is shown with a penny for size comparison.
