Description: Pre-1925 white border postcard shows a night view of the Scarboro Beach Amusement Park in Toronto, Canada. All lit up are the tower and the San Francisco Earthquake, Temple of Music and other attractions. The park opened in 1907 and closed in 1925. The Provident Investment Company cleared away all the buildings and replaced them with houses. Scarboro Beach Blvd sits on the former path that led from Queen Street East to the park entrance. Unused; very good condition with some edge wear as seen in the photos.
