It is an artist signed, brass buckle, made by Ampersand Brass of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Sorry, I can not read the artists signature, it is at the bottom right, on the front, and it's written vertically. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnishing / patina and wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3" x 2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and weighs about 2.2 oz. Please ask any questions before you buy and look at all the photos, what you see is what you are buying.
