The outer part of the dress is a chiffon material and it is fully lined with a light weight black material. The sleeve are not lined, making them sheer, airy and breezy! The sleeves are trimmed in the contrasting white fabric with the same floral pattern.This dress has a high neck line and a snap in the back closure. There are two tiers trimmed in a lovely contrasting fabic on the skirt portion of the dress AND it has POCKETS!!! There is a belt/sash made from the same white fabric. The belt is optional.
