It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the open oval seal on top and single seam on the bottom. This game is in excellent condition. There are only a handful of notable flaws on this copy, namely a small corner tear on the wrap in front (lower right) and a small tear in back. This game is VERY RARE so don't miss out!
