Description: Set on offer was custom made for the purpose of converting a twin bed into a sofa when needed for that purpose, and originally cost $900. Fabricated out of upholstery weight, durable polyester blend fabric, the bolsters and mattress cover have a lovely linen like texture that is cool, smooth and pleasant to the touch. The shade of red is bright without being too bright and deep enough to have a richness to it. The photos in the listing where the sofa is made up with throw pillows are most accurate in color. Bolsters are constructed of extra firm foam and built to last. Measuring 16 1/2" deep at the bottom and 13" deep at the top, they create a very supportive, true sofa-depth sitting area. They are higher at the front (13 1/4") than at the back (11 1/4"), which creates a modern and stylish silhouette. The profile photo of the single cushion best shows the shape and the profile picture of the bed best shows the look. The mattress cover is constructed like a fitted sheet with piping at the top to help define the bed edge. Easy to get on and off, the cover accomodates a 10" mattress easily and would probably be fine for a slightly thinner mattress or a slightly thicker one. Please note well: only the mattress cover and bolsters are on offer in this listing. The throw pillows and bed itself are not.
