Though these do cost more to produce, they are far superior to the cheap home produced inkjet prints that many vendors offer. All photographs are printed from high resolution, 300dpi, files and are perfect for framing. We use gloss archival paper for our lab prints, with a small white border, so you won't lose any of the image if framing. If you would like a matt finish, please add a note when making payment in the "message to seller" box. Check the gallery image to see what they look like - this is the image we use to print your photo. The frames shown are for illustration only though ! LET'S TALK ABOUT THE OLDER STUFF THEN ! Older, vintage images, will have originally been produced on film and prints from these will reflect the age of the original (eg any scratches on the negatives will show). Digital images from the past 15-20 years obviously won't have this problem, but - again ! - check the gallery to see what you will get. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please note there may be subtle colour variations in prints due to your monitor / screen calibration. Guaranteed printed on archival photo paper at a professional photo lab, these are not cheap inkjets - though our photos cost us more to print, they are designed to last. Photos are generally posted rolled to avoid damage in transit - due to the size, we recommend they get framed before displaying. As they have a small white border, you will not lose any of the image when framing (we do not offer a framing service though, sorry.) **Combined postage on multiple purchases of the same size is available - just add items to your basket and checkout all items together. If you are overcharged for postage, please drop us a line and we will refund.
