Description: Very rare 1st edition of Cyrano de Bergerac by Edmond Rostand, translated into English. This book was published in 1898. The binding is still mostly sturdy and intact. The pages are in near perfect shape. There is a little issue at the bottom of the book where the spine of the jacket has been damaged. The book has no water damage and aged wonderfully. There’s some spots that have worn down more than others, please zoom in on the pictures of the cover to see those spots. You’ll see though that this is in incredible shape, especially for its age. Very rare find! The back page and spine appear to have old moisture damage, but nothing significant. The bottom corner is damaged. Shipped with USPS Media Mail.
