Judging by the label on the bottom of the bowl, probably 1950s. Paint in great shape on one side of the bowl but has some flaking on the other side. See pics. Measures a little less than 6" across the top, about 2" tall. Sorry about the glare and the cell phone shadows. And the horrible fluorescent blue color is NOT on the bowl.
