The last pic is of the guitar on the scale.*Frets have been leveled, crowned & polished by the following method:Neck was adjusted to be as close to perfectly straight as possible prior to fretwork.Frets were checked, any high frets mallet tapped to seat better, if possible. Remaining high spots marked and the minimum fret material was removed by a combination of sanding & filing, as needed.Frets were crowned to a narrow area across the top of each fret that contacts the string to change the string length precisely when you press down, to intonate well & produce a clear note.Fret edges are smooth with ZERO sharp edges or fret-sprout.Frets were polished with 4-5 successively finer grades of 3M micron-grade polishing paper.Setup details:Truss rod adjusted to allow slight relief in neck, action set medium-low, pickup height adjusted for even response, intonation set so it plays in-tune with itselfNut height set and nut slots lubricated to prevent buzzing, strings binding in the nut slots or sympathetic artifacts following the played notes like pinging or sitar-like sounds.Nut and bridge saddle radius set to match fretboard radius for more fluid string to string movement.I ship FAST!!
