Description: Custom Heat Shield to fit 12 Gauge Smooth Barrel 590A1 Heavy Barrel Shotguns Custom Heat Shield to fit 12 Gauge MOSSBERG 590A1 HEAVY BARREL Shotguns in our new (MUCH REQUESTED) Metallic Grid pattern spray. The color will be a bit brighter than your Remington and MOSSBERG 590A1 POLICE HEAVY BARREL Marinecoat-finish guns but will bend in great with the matte-black grid overspray (Similar to the Palmetto state 2-tone Marinecoat/Black model Shockwave colorway) -Goes great with the new Marinecoat model Shockwaves. Its a BEAUTIFUL DAY in the pump-shotgun world! We now have modified heat shields to fit the MOSSBERG 590A1 POLICE HEAVY BARREL 590A1. These are hand-fit on our in-house 590A1 to fit the dimensions of the MOSSBERG 590A1 POLICE HEAVY BARREL A1 Heavy-barrel. Our design modifies the brackets and inner-rings for geometry reasons. Shield will hide about 90% of your standard brass bead, but blade sights are perfectly visible. All hardware and brackets are included (Will include 2 sets of zinc-black screws in 8mm and 12mm length). There will be a small 1-2mm gap between the brackets (This is normal, and dont over-tighten). See the included photo of the ONE model (Short 7rd mag-tube) where this shield will NOT work. This a 'rough-cut' modification, so its not going to be 100% free of burrs or sanding marks, but we will keep the price reasonable on the labor costs. As usual, all our shields are warrantied FOR LIFE! You break it, lose it, or throw it off a CLIFF......we will replace it for LIFE.Remember, this is a prototype, and if you dont like it, shoot us a ring. We are NICE GUYS! ABOUT THE HEAT SHIELD: Custom Sprayed in Ormond Beach Florida by SS Tactical. Coating is professionally applied (sprayed and cured) and will 'patina' over time. Will show marks, scratches, and wear for a true 'battle-worn' look. (Please send cool photos our way!) You pick the color and pattern! We have all shields in black color.
