Custom Lightsaber Hilt

Description: custom lightsaber for sale. this was my latest project trying to come up with a neat design. this saber is used, and therefore has minor scuffs. ive also done some powder coating on the shrouds and spray painted the pommel. i am not a professional and there are very small, almost unnoticeable, imperfections and inconsistencies. The chassis is fixed, it can be removed but the switch box would need to come out. i powder coated the shrouds with a 90% matte cream color. kind of looks like the shade of a cashew. i was inspired by the custom colors in Jedi Survivor this saber is 11 1/8" from the tip of the shroud to the end of the pommel. mostly MHS parts, with shrouds from OriginSaber. it utilizes the golden harvest v3 neopixel core from the custom saber shop, a 21700 battery, and 31mm speaker. two momentary button system. there are technically two blade retention screws, the smoke glass eye is mostly redundant, i just wanted a little more detail and to give it a touch of "star wars sci fi" i had a hard time getting these shrouds to fit because i dont think theyre designed to be exact for the MHSV1 outer diameter. to fairly tell you, (the customer) what youre receiving, there is a dab of hot glue under the shrouds to eliminate the rattle. you probably wouldnt notice it unless you went looking for it. i suggest keeping the shrouds intact, because the set screws were giving me trouble. the pommel has no insert because i found after MANY different design changes that an open pommel has superior sound by a significant margin. i have yet to find a more dynamic sounding saber that doesnt sound muffled, the speaker vibrates, or theres high treble and a lack of bass. sound was most important to me when designing this hilt, and i think i cant make the sound any better. i am happy with it, and i think you will be too. if anyone knows of a way to get even better sound from a hilt (especially thinner hilts like 1") feel free to message me. im always looking to improve the current tech the black grip is heat shrink, i wanted a slicker, more rubber feel rather than the common leather wraps for a change. again, inspired by the grip sections in Jedi Survivor the blade is NOT included. youll need your own blade. if you dont have one, Civilized Sabers is a company that makes the most incredible blades. i do not warranty this saber, nor do i accept returns. i will make certain everything continues to be in perfect working condition as it has always been for me, right up until i box it up. beyond that, its out of my hands this was the culmination of many different design changes and ideas that ran by me. i kept wanting to add more until i found it was the right vibe. this is what i ended up with. unfortunately, money is tight and i have to let her go. but i hope you enjoy it as much as i have. the most impressive feature, i think, is the sound. this saber's acoustics and the 31mm speaker blow other sabers out of the water. again, i havent found a more dynamic, loud saber. send me a message if you have questions. thanks for checking it out!
