This 8 cup unit works great and has excellent power...buttons for high low and pulse, it isn't as heavy as the metal units so if you are someone that has trouble lifting the weighty-er Cuisinart units this will be a refreshing change...this comes with the workbowl, lid and food pusher and a standard chopper blade...no cracks and no safety interlock problems. I don't have the manual. My items are discreetly marked so that if something is returned swapped out/parted/opened a refund cannot be issued until the issue is resolved.
