This is a silver and gold tone metal buckle with an ornate floral scroll design, marked GP/SP, made by O.C. Tanner, of Salt Lake City, Utah, in 1981. The buckle is in pretty decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish/patina and some wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 2-5/8" x 2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2 oz.
