Description: This is a large 11 plus inch wide on base plate covered serving dish . Although there is not a vent hole I think this is a waffle pancake dome covered serving piece. But it could also be an entree dish I believe this is either German or czechosolvikan czech because it matches sets of canister spice jar sets from the 1930's that have the same stenciled plum design . This is a very useful piece , not only for keeping hot food hot , but you can have it as a center piece on your kitchen table and still use it as a catch all and place your cords keys change phone hidden from view .
