It measures a bit smaller -- about 87" or 88" x 89". This duvet has hand holes for the duvet, button closure along one end and ruffled corners. Good pre-owned condition with what I would consider to be light wash wear. I did not find any holes or stains. Cover been gently cleaned and dried but not ironed.
