This amazing piece of punk rock history is from 1987 and comes with original mailing envelope with the return address in upper left corner. It is two-sided, has original folds and a crossed out address on back (which was done when item was mailed). I have been looking on ebay for several years and have never seen anything quite like this. It is amazing to think it has survived almost 35 years!!
