Description: This is a scarce original Dutch Issue Corgi Toys 492 Volkswagen European Police Car. It has a Dutch 'Politie' Issue, White Body, Brown Interior, Polished Base, Politie Decals and 2 Figures. It comes in its original Picture Box with Packing Ring and Steering Ring. Model Condition: Original - Very Good - Paintwork is nice but there are a number of little chips and nicks across the model. The bumpers are nice and clean and both jewelled headlights are present and bright. The 'Politie' labels have aged as has the roof light. The underside is lovely and clean and the glazing is excellent. Wheels and suspension are also excellent and the roof steering works perfectly. A hard example in any condition to find. Box Condition: Original - Very Good - Complete with all flaps and no repairs. There is some age marking and edge wear and the box has some creasing. The corners of the box have a little wear. No pen marks or old labels attached to the box. This is a very nice hard to find model with its original box. Please look at the pictures for more details.
