Shortest strand measures 16 1/2 inches and the longest strand is 18 inches. The center slide measures 1 1/8 inches tall by 1 1/4 inches wide. Wide clasp secure. Excellent vintage condition with minimal age appropriate wear. No chips or cracks. Stringing secure. Gorgeous!!
