Description: COPPER-SILVER HALF-BREED: Keweenaw Peninsula, Michigan. Dimensions: 2.7 x 1.6 x 1.0cm, thumbnail. Copper-Silver half breeds from Michigan aren't common especially in the affordable, thumbnail size. They have their distinctly contrasting copper-red and silver colors as you see here. This Copper-Silver "half breed" is from the world renowned, but long depleted, copper deposits in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. This cute specimen is a slightly rounded mass with crystalline Copper shapes showing clearly on the back and a pronounced Silver knob front and center! It is a sweet little specimen and is unusual in the richness of both metals in a thumbnail size without showing intermixing. The Flynn collection label doesn't specify a mine, however, it is likely from the Quincy Mine. Buyer pays USPS Priority Mail shipping. Thank you for reviewing this listing and see my other items!
