Soak the earthenware completely in water for at least 24 hours. Rinse and let air dry it completely before initial use. This gives the dish extra strength and durability. 2. Grease it with vegetable oil from inside and outside, then put it in the oven at a medium temperature for 15 - 20 minutes. 3. Let it cool and then wash it. 4. It is now ready to use 🍖 We recommend using warm water while cleaning and not cleaning with a dishwasher. 🍖 "Chalky" or white deposits is common it all clay products. It is harmless. Just use a soft brush or cloth to remove the efflorescence from the surface of the clay product. 🍖 NOT A FAULT - As these pots are individually thrown by hand, some aesthetic variations in size, colour and shape are to be expected. 🍖 DON’T – 1.
